Ted Moeller
Partner
Ted Moeller is an Arizona native. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his law degree from University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 1996. He served a two-year mission in Portugal. He practices exclusively in the area of Workers’ Compensation and is a Certified Specialist in Worker’s Compensation by the State Bar of Arizona. He has spoken numerous times at seminars including the Industrial Commission of Arizona Claims Seminar, the State Bar of Arizona CLE series and at insurance events. Ted is the father of five and enjoys the challenge of balancing a busy work schedule with a rewarding family life.
Christina Muckey

Professional History
Christina is a Native Tucsonan, U.S. Navy Veteran, and has worked in the legal field for 6 years, emphasizing in immigration and criminal defense law. Before becoming a Paralegal, she had over 6 years’ experience working in the medical field and collections.
Professional Growth
She loves helping others in the local legal community and has taken the role of Presidency, for the second year, for the Tucson Paralegal Association. Before her Presidency she served as Treasurer. Further, she sits on the Pima Community College Paralegal Advisory Committee sharing ideas to better the growth of the ABA program. Further, she has teamed up with NALS of Southern Arizona to create a Legal Support Alliance with the Pima County Bar Association.
Education
Christina has earned two (2) associate degrees from Pima Community College in General Studies and Applied Science (ABA Paralegal/Legal Assistant studies). She is actively pursuing her Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in HR Management with Northern Arizona University.
Interests
When not at work, Christina loves spending time with her boyfriend and two dogs, exploring Sourthern Arizona, arts & crafts, and listening to live music.
Melissa Martinez

Melissa is a Tucson Native and proud to be part of the Moeller Law Office Team. She values her team, is hardworking, and dedicated to the experience of learning new things in the area of Worker’s Compensation. Prior to becoming a Paralegal, she worked in the financial industry for eight years.
Professional Growth
She loves volunteering at various local charities and organizations in town by fundraising or donating time to assist with local events bringing awareness to the local community. Melissa also loves to volunteer her time being a Team Mom for her son’s sports teams.
Education
Proud first-generation college graduate, Melissa has earned two associate degrees from Pima Community College in General Studies and Applied Science (ABA Paralegal/Legal Assistant studies) in 2012. In 2019, she also earned a bachelors degree with Honors from University of Phoenix in Business Science Management.
Interests
Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, son and dog. In her spare time, she loves to sew and craft. She enjoys reading and a good cup of coffee.
Mariah Tierney

Mariah was recently married in April of 2019 to her husband Collin and they have two children together, Avigail and Leo. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and reading to her children.
